Song of the Week(5/28/26):

Zangalewa by Zangalewa(formerly Golden Sounds). It's World Cup Week!. To celebrate, here's the famous song from the 2010 World Cup...wait where's Shakira!? This is actually the original song Shakira basically covered. It's been described as a sample but considering she solo sings the damn thing it's more so a cover of the finale of the song than the cover. Give it a listen!

Previous Songs:

5-28-26: Un Verano en Nueva York by El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico. With summer around the corner, this song came to my head. I watched the Bad Bunny super bowl and one of the songs, Nuevayol, was pretty nice, and I really liked the sample it uses(this song). Therefore, I went and found this song. It's a great song. A song about summer, and hey it's in New York! The World Cup is in "New York New Jersey" (only NJ but whatever) so a lot of people will have a "summer in New York".

5-4-26: VEIL by Misuzu Hataya. Song so good I teased it in a snippet post. It starts off calm, before hitting you all at once, before becoming this nice mix of both. It's a beautiful song, and that laugh tickled something in me just right. 3DMV too; just look at that damn laugh When I first saw the video, I KNEW it was going to be here, no doubt about it.

4-27-26: Smile@Wind from Shakunetsu no Takkyuu Musume. The main reason I chose this song is because the sequel manga got picked up by a translator again...I'm so happy my yuri table tennis is back. It also happens that yuri table tennis has one of the best soundtracks in anime. This shit goes HARD. Carries the anime but then the actual manga does some crazy stuff and it kinda fits. Here's my opinion of the entire OST summed up in 1 image from the sequel manga

4-20-26: LET.ME.OUT🐍 by HALLO CEL. I like Zenless Zone Zero, and this song was a suprise to me. However, Cissia is a really fun character writing wise. This song is catchy honestly. Full of fun memes too.

4-15-26: UNA ALARM by Maro Note. Fun song that works as an alarm(audio downloads are in the video description). It's also catchy. Has an official English voice version in audio tracks.

4-8-26: HAJIME from Hatsuboshi Gakuen. A song from one of my favorite franchises, The Idolm@ster. It is a song about beginnings. Expect more idolm@ster.
